• Your bank details, if you have authorized us to use the direct debit procedure

3. Data processing on this website

7. Notes on the use of social network plugins

Our website uses so-called social plugins ("plugins") from the social networks vk.com, odnoklassniki.ru, facebook.com and twitter.com.

When you call up a page of our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to the servers of vk.com, odnoklassniki.ru, facebook.com and twitter.com. 8. Data protection in applications & applicant data

The controller Vivalex Media GmbH collects and processes the personal data of applicants for the purpose of handling the application process. Processing may also be carried out electronically. This is particularly the case if an applicant sends corresponding application documents electronically to the controller Vivalex Media GmbH.

If Vivalex Media GmbH concludes an employment contract with an applicant, the transmitted data will be stored for the purpose of processing the employment relationship in compliance with legal requirements.

If Vivalex Media GmbH does not conclude an employment contract with the applicant, the application documents will be deleted 3 months after the notification of the rejection decision, provided that no other legitimate interests of Vivalex Media GmbH conflict with the deletion. A legitimate interest in this sense is, for example, a duty of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

9. Deletion and blocking of personal data

Vivalex Media GmbH processes and stores personal data of the data subject only for the period necessary to achieve the storage purpose or if this is provided for by laws or regulations.

If the storage purpose no longer applies or a prescribed storage period expires, the personal data will be blocked or deleted in accordance with the statutory provisions.

10. Newsletter

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require a valid e-mail address from you as well as your consent that you agree to receive it. In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person make processing of personal data necessary, Art. 6 (1) lit. d GDPR serves as the legal basis.

If processing is necessary to protect a legitimate interest of our company or a third party and the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not override the first-mentioned interest, Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR serves as the legal basis for the processing.

12. Our websites and apps are intended only for adults
